Pros:
Sample Home for Sale: Definitely seems to be easier to find a coop than condo under 1 million. Coop at 186 Prospect Park West on Streeteasy - 2 bedroom coop for $775,000. $975 maintenance per month. Bedrooms may not fit king size bed. Condo at Prospect Park Terrace - 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo for $899,900. Small six story building. I think this condo is on two floors. Looks nice. I even think there is a parking spot? Although I don't really need it... Condo fees $466.
